  7. QuoteManager displays a single quote during the logon process.  The quote
  8. selection is randomized, as is the dividing lines which help separate it from
  9. the rest of the logon text.
  10.  
  11. QuoteManager also allows the Sysop and the Caller to display and enter quotes
  12. from the Externals List.  QuoteManager comes with 20 quotes in the Quotes
  13. folder.  As you or a caller enter new quotes, the number of quotes used in the
  14. randomizing process is automatically updated.  If, for some reason, you add
  15. quotes to the Quotes folder, you will need to change the number of quotes--there
  16. is a menu item available to the Sysop for this purpose.

  18. You may also wish to use a Restriction character to keep certain users from
  19. begin able to enter new quotes--a menu item is provided to the Sysop for this
  20. purpose.  If you do not enter a Restricition character, all users will be able
  21. to enter quotes.

  23. Setup is simple!  Copy QuoteManager and the Quotes folder into your Externals
  24. folder and restart Hermes.
